Our quality checks process starts right from the first step all the way to the final installation. Let’s have a look –
Ordering materials
The suppliers need to meet an entire specification as indicated in our bill of quantity. A Type Test Certificate, Manuals and other relevant documents are expected from the supplier to prove that they met the specifications indicated.
Checking materials
like Wires, Light Fittings, M.V Switchboards/MCB DBs/ BBTs – All materials are thoroughly inspected – in case of the fabricated switchboards, they are inspected and tested right at the fabricators. While Wires are checked for the size ,color coding, gauge of the wires and the continuity of the wire coil are inspected closely. Light fittings are checked for Cat.Nos. and for any physical or other damage.
Equipment
We constantly update and maintain all our equipment and all necessary factory test certificates, instruction manuals are always at hand.
Testing
A crucial step in quality assurance especially in Electrical Installations. Poweraxion performs electrical installation testing to ensure that our and your people and good are safe and protected. This helps also ascertain the right preventive maintenance of installations and preventing serious faults which may prove to be expensive
Logistics and Supply Chain Management
Poweraxion ensures that all materials reach the client site at the right time and during the right stage, instead of storing bulk materials at the client site unnecessarily. To aid this, Poweraxion has designed a good supply chain and has a sophisticated
warehouse where goods from OEMs are moved and only transported to the client side at the right time and stage.
We also specialise in liaising with Power Supply Utilities Department for all our Electrical Installation work. This results in timely execution of service line works & release of Power supply and acquiring CEIG approvals in regard to the issue of Safety Certificates & Service clearance of the installation as per the Statutory Act.
